Website visits.

This website is hosted through Hostinger and runs on WordPress. Hosting, caching and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and error records to deliver and protect the site.

The purpose of this site is to explain Milk RMM and let prospective customers contact us. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics to this version of the site.

When you contact us.

If you email or call, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, company, contact details and the subject of your enquiry. We use it to respond, arrange a conversation and handle any evaluation or business relationship you request.

Email and telephone providers process messages and calls as part of delivering those services. Please keep passwords, tokens, recovery keys and private customer information out of initial enquiries.

We retain correspondence while it is needed to manage the enquiry or relationship and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of information you have provided.

Worksheet and email-draft tools.

The consolidation worksheet calculates figures in your browser. Its entries are not submitted to Milk RMM or saved by the page. They are cleared on reload; you can print a copy through your browser.

The contact page prepares a mailto link using your entries. Clicking Open email draft passes those details to your chosen email app. You decide whether to send that message.

Cookies and connected services.

WordPress, hosting and security functions can use technical storage or cookies, particularly for administration and authenticated sessions. You can review and control site storage in your browser settings.

Fonts and the Milk logo are served within the site experience. This version does not embed social feeds or externally hosted videos. Links to other services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.

Questions and requests.

Email president@milkrmm.com with a privacy question or a request concerning information you have shared. We may need enough information to confirm that a request relates to you before acting on it.

This notice will be updated if the website's information-handling practices change.

Website information and endpoint data.

This notice covers the public marketing website and sales enquiries. Collection, access, retention and processing of endpoint data in an evaluation or deployment must be addressed in the applicable product agreement and deployment arrangements.
